從圖一可知,依據台電提供的資料,目前既有核電的發電成本中,以核廢處理及除役費用的提撥費用最高,佔27%,其他人事行政等營運費用次之,而硬體 建設的攤提費用僅占12%不到,甚至低於燃料成本的佔比。但此成本結構上面,與國際各國的核能發電成本,有極大的差異。根據國際能源總署的資料顯示,就核 電的成本結構而言,硬體建設的費用應佔核電發電成本的65%以上,但台灣卻僅佔12%。
Taiwan says nuclear power cost per kWh of electricity generation only 0.66, far lower than the firepower, renewable energy, but this was deliberately distorted. For reference to the International Energy Agency data in table, compiled by national nuclear power generation costs; showing Taiwan generation cost of nuclear power plants has only one-third of China, is manifestly unreasonable, not without suspicion of deliberately distorted.

From the figure, based on data provided by the Taiwan power company, present in existing nuclear power generation cost, to nuclear waste treatment and disposal costs and service costs, accounting for 27%, other operating costs such as personnel administration, followed by, and amortization costs for hardware construction only 12% not to, or less than, a percentage of the cost of fuel. But this cost structure above, with States in the international nuclear power generation costs, there is a great difference. According to the International Energy Agency data shows that for the purposes of the cost structure of nuclear power, hardware costs should be accounted for in the construction of nuclear power generation cost of 65% per cent, but Taiwan has only 12%.
