Independent WHO

Real Voices from Medical Doctors 【5】

Why is the "Internal Emitter"(体内放射) concealed ?

The key is agreement between WHO and IAEA which prohibits disclose the facts without each other's consent.

This results in "UN powered horocaust" due to DNA's genomic mutation caused by radioactives.

Since this lasted so long time (since 1956, more than 50 years) some central people of WHO raised "Independent WHO" to reveal facts in public.

Dr. Michel Fernex (MD) one of the founder of Independent WHO http://independentwho.org/en/explains why truth are concealed.

Key movie is " Whre's the truth? " (2004) which deals with WHO-IAEA conceal matter of 2001.(After 15 years of Chernobyl and the disaster of health was obvious at that time. This movie was introduced here again and again, here once more in comment.)

1,324 Fukushima People Filed A Criminal Complaint Against TEPCO and the Government (Jun/11/2012)

Published on 13 Jun 2012 by

On June 11, 2012, 1324 people from Fukushima Prefecture filed a criminal complaint against Tokyo Electric Power Co. Chairman Tsunehisa Katsumata and 32 others, accusing them of professional negligence resulting in death and injury, arguing they were responsible for causing the nuclear disaster at the Fukushima Daiichi Power Plant and the exposure of the plaintiffs to radiation.

In the written complaint filed with the Fukushima District Public Prosecutors Office, the complainants said the 33 neglected to take disaster countermeasures, despite the frequency of earthquakes in Japan and indications by experts of the possibility of tsunami. They also argued that the officials failed to release evacuation information appropriately, which led to residents' exposure to radiation.

The 33 include TEPCO Chairman Katsumata, former TEPCO President Masataka Shimizu, 13 other TEPCO officials, Nuclear Safety Commission Chief Haruki Madarame, and 3 Radiation Health Risk Management Advisors of the prefecture including Shunichi Yamashita, Vice President of Fukushima Medical University.

"By holding them accountable, we will carry out our responsibility to the next generation," says Ms. Ruiko Muto, leader of the complainant organization. "I hope our action will lead to reuniting our bonds disrupted by the disaster."

They plan to file the second complaint where people outside Fukushima Prefecture can join the complainant. The dedline for joining is the end of September 2012.

Visiting the end of the world, Fukushima

24 August 2012

Floodplain at Odaka on July 31. The flag indicates someone was found in the vehicle.

Visiting the end of the world,

Scott Ludlam While visiting Tokyo and Fukushima, Greens Senator Scott Ludlam witnessed both the devastation of nuclear energy and a mood for change among the Japanese people.

The rice paddy on the edge of Iitate village is 30km back from the coast, framed by steep forested hills, and we stop here briefly because the scene is so strangely heraldic.

At first glance, this looks like any other rural Japanese town in late summer, but it isn't any more. The precise geometries of the fields are softened with neglect and waist-high weeds. Two empty police cars sit out front of the vacant community hall. A work team of several dozen men in white masks and overalls tends a slow assemblage of earthmoving equipment out in the field - but this isn't agriculture.

Iitate village is dead, evacuated after the wind swung to the north-west in the days following the tsunami that smashed hundreds of kilometres of Tohoku coastline into oblivion.

The workers today are harvesting caesium-137, which has a half-life of 30 years. They're carefully stripping the top 50cm of soil from the abandoned field, dumping it in neat windrows wrapped in blue plastic.

Our counters silently log a gamma dose of about 3.7 μSv per hour, 13 times the normal background level. Radiocaesium is found only in the wake of bomb fallout or downwind of failed nuclear reactors. Broken uranium atoms from Kakadu and central South Australia, fissioned under a hail of exquisitely tuned neutron bombardment into uneven fragments of iodine, strontium, xenon. It is everywhere now, invisible, sucked into the pores of the soil itself.

At a lonely intersection gone weedy and planted with warning signs, we record 9.2 μSv/hr in the undergrowth. In the days after the disaster, with three reactor cores exposed to the air, levels within the plant spiked 100,000 times higher. Workers in close proximity suffered lifetime radiation doses in a few hours.
In Minamisoma, a coastal city 20 km to the north of the wrecked Fukushima complex, they're getting their park back this morning. For seventeen months kids have been unable to play outside, and the locals are balancing the risks of radiation with the risks of physical inactivity, vitamin D deficiency and depression.

80 million eggs of pond smelt became extinct in Gunma

Takasaki fishery cooperative postponed lifting the restriction of boat fishing of pond smelt because they couldn’t even fish one sample to measure the radiation level.
On 9/1, in Haruna lake, Takasaki city Gunma, they usually lift the regulation of boat fishing of pont smelt.
To lift the regulation this year, they needed to measure the radiation level by fishing more than 500 grams of pond smelt, but they couldn’t even fish one sample even on their test fishing by fishery cooperative staff on 8/29/2012. It happened last year too.
Haruna lake is about 220 km from Fukushima plant.
80 million eggs of pond smelt became extinct in Gunma
They released 80,000,000 eggs in April as usual, they confirmed a lot of fry, but they couldn’t find mature ones after that.
In another lake called “Akagi Ohnuma” in Gunma, they found mature pond smelt but because they measured 210 Bq/Kg, they banned fishers from consuming them. Fishers are allowed to fish but have to return the fish. (Original http://fukushima-diary.com/2012/09/80-million-eggs-of-pond-smelt-became-extinct-in-gunma/#.UETh5Cnv788.facebook

VAN BUREN COUNTY
The Palisades nuclear plant in southwestern Michigan returned to service Thursday following a shutdown that began Aug. 12 because of a minor steam leak.
The plant in Covert Township will be brought up to full power over several days, spokesman Mark Savage said. It has received more attention since February, when the Nuclear Regulatory Commission labeled it one of the nation's four worst-performing nuclear plants.
The increased scrutiny followed performance and equipment failures. One lapse was an electrical fault caused by plant workers that shut down the reactor and half of the control room indicators and triggered safety systems that actual conditions did not justify. In another instance, a water pump failed.
Anti-nuclear activists have called for closing the plant. But the NRC told nearby residents this year that there was no reason to fear for their safety.  (original...http://www.freep.com/article/20120831/NEWS05/308310095/Nuclear-plant-returning-to-full-power?odyssey=mod|newswell|text|FRONTPAGE|s

Japanese government is being cautious about the possible radiation effect on DNA.
On 8/30/2012, Hosono, the minister of environment commented they were going to start genomic analysis for Fukushima people.
Hosono stated to the press, he was going to start genomic analysis for the possible health problem in future though it may not reassure Fukushima people promptly.
It’s planned to start as of next year. The purpose is to analyze the radiation effect on human DNA.
They also plan to invest 6.1 billion yen on Fukushima medical university for the new facility of perinatal and pediatric medical care.

Fukushima - Local Children Unwitting (and Unwilling) Radioactive Guinea Pigs

Pacific Free Press
by John C.K. Daly l Oil Price.com
Seventeen months after the earthquake and tsunami that destroyed the Tokyo Electric Power Company’s six–reactor complex at its Fukushima Daiichi, discussions continue about the possible effects of the radiation “dusting” the prefecture’s inhabitants received, and their consequences.

Far outside most media coverage, 2012 is shaping up to be the media battleground between the massed proponents of the ongoing ‘safety’ of nuclear power, as opposed to a motley coalition of environmentalists, renegade nuclear scientists and anti-nuclear opponents, largely bereft of media contact.

The 11 March 2011 earthquake and tsunami double punch that effectively destroyed Tokyo Electric Power Company’s power plant complex has effectively become the newest “ground zero” in the debate over nuclear power. Advocates pro and con debate the implications of everything from the amount of damage to the release of radionuclides to the long term health effects on the Japanese population.

The stakes are high – quite aside from Japan’s multi-billion dollar investment in civilian nuclear energy, dating back to the 1960s, there remains the issues of Fukushima’s radioactive debris polluting neighbours.

All sides in the debate are playing for massive stakes, with the Japanese government and the nuclear industry broadly indicating the issue is under control. Accordingly, every issue from the amount of radiation released to the long term health consequences of the Fukushima disaster are subject to acrimonious debate.

That said, there is an involuntary irradiated “test” Fukushima group monitored since March 2011 displaying disturbing health abnormalities that may ultimately decide the debate, should the global media report it, forcing governments to debate its consequences.

The children of Fukushima

The issue of nuclear radiation on human health cites besides Fukushima the August 1945 U.S nuclear bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and the April 1986 explosion of the Chernobyl reactor complex in Ukraine, but in reality, there are no comparisons to evaluate Fukushima.

The 1945 U.S. Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings were weapon “air bursts,” raising no nuclear debris from the ground. Furthermore, the Japanese medical establishment had no experience with the problem and when U.S. military forces arrived over a month later, information about the human cost of the bombings was censored for decades. Showing pictures of destroyed buildings, okay – showing victims with kimono patterns seared into their skin, no.

As for Chernobyl, the 26 April 1986 catastrophe represented a major black eye for Soviet General Secretary Mikhail Gorbachev’s “glasnost” policy. Thanks to the heroic efforts of Soviet emergency workers, the Chernobyl smoking nuclear roman candle burned for nine days before being extinguished.

In contrast, Fukushima Daiichi has been like a suppurating wound, leaching radionuclides into the environment since March 2011, and since then furious arguments have swirled about not only how much radiation Fukushima released, but the potential long term health consequences.
But both disputes ultimately devolve into pure speculation.
Only two months ago TEPCO stated that the Fukushima debacle may have released twice as much radioactivity than Japan’s government initially estimated.

Accordingly, how can anyone estimate long term health effects when actual exposure rates are unknown?

That said, scientists do have a well defined test group – the population of Fukushima Prefecture surrounding the stricken NPP.

And the sixth report of the Fukushima Prefecture Health Management Survey, which was released in April, revealed after the survey examined 38,114 local children that 36 percent of Fukushima children have abnormal thyroid growths.

The Fukushima Prefecture Health Management Survey revealed that 13,460 children, or 35.3 percent, had thyroid cysts or nodules up to 0.197 inches long growing on their thyroids and 0.5 percent of the children had growths larger than 0.197 inches.

So, why might this be significant? According to the American Thyroid Association (ATA), thyroid problems from nuclear events occur when radioactive iodine is leaked into the atmosphere and thyroid cells that absorb too much of this radioactive iodine may become cancerous, with children being particularly susceptible.

Furthermore, the ATA reports noted that thyroid cancer "seems to be the only cancer whose incidence rises after a radioactive iodine release" and that that babies and children are at highest risk. The estimated lifetime radiation doses among the children are still low, but they do exist, the Japan’s National Institute of Radiological Sciences stated at a10 July international symposium in Chiba Prefecture.

Who cares about such an arcane issue? Well, the National Institute of Radiological Sciences conclusions refute the government’s assertion that Japanese children in effect received zero thyroid radiation doses from Fukushima.

Re Fukushima children’s health, the news just gets better. Two months ago Tokyo Shinbum reported that 60 percent of Fukushima children under 12 have tested positive for diabetes, according to Dr. Miura, the director of Iwase’s general hospital.
Why, possibly?
Because the Strontium-90 radioactive isotope quickly decays to become Yttrium-90, which can concentrate in the pancreas, causing pancreatic cancer or diabetes. That said, while noting the abnormality, Dr. Miura declined to link it to Fukushima radiation exposure.
So, where does the Japanese government go from here?

It might do worse than to follow the advice of Australian pediatrician Dr. Helen Caldicott, who after observing that "It is extremely rare to find cysts and thyroid nodules in children," added that "you would not expect abnormalities to appear so early - within the first year or so - therefore one can assume that they must have received a high dose of (radiation)" before concluding, "it is impossible to know, from what (Japanese officials) are saying, what these lesions are."

Calidcott also noted that Japanese officials are not sharing the ultrasound results with foremost experts of thyroid nodules in children before noting, "The data should be made available. And they should be consulting with international experts ASAP. And the lesions on the ultrasounds should all be biopsied and they're not being biopsied. And if they're not being biopsied then that's ultimate medical irresponsibility. Because if some of these children have cancer and they're not treated they're going to die."

Nothing to see here, move along – unless your child is part of that 35.3 percentile.

Still, something for Westerners to think about the next time their government promotes building a nuclear power plant nearby - or if you live close to an existing one.

Fukushima nuclear plant Fifth worker dies

A WORKER at Japan's crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant has died of a heart attack, the operator says, the fifth death at the power station since it was hit by the tsunami of March 2011.
Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) said the man, who was in his 50s, suffered a cardiac arrest on Wednesday while working on the installation of a tank to store contaminated water.

He was confirmed dead by hospital doctors, company spokesman Jun Oshima said on Thursday, adding it was not believed radiation from the broken reactors had played a part. ‘Something Wrong’

“There’s something wrong in this country when even if thousands of people protest in front of the prime minister’s residence they still reactivate the plants,” said Koichiro Mori, a literature student at Kyoto University. “We’ve developed an economy that is capable of sacrificing its own people; our goal is to change such a society,” said Mori, who was at Yoyogi with students representing about 15 universities from Okinawa in the south to Tohoku in the north. .....

Musician Sakamoto said he last attended a rally in the same park 42 years ago when he was 18 years old and demonstrators met to oppose the 1970 revision of the U.S.-Japan Security Treaty.

Fukushima Disaster

“This is the first time in more than 40 years that citizens in Japan go to the streets to make their voices heard,” he said. “Anger against the Japanese government’s nuclear policy fills this nation. It’s barbarous to keep silent after the Fukushima disaster.”
Japan’s anti-nuclear demonstrators have been galvanized by a report released on July 5 by the Fukushima Nuclear Accident Independent Investigation Commission. The commission found that the reactor meltdowns and release of radiation at Tokyo Electric Power Co. (9501)’s Fukushima Dai-Ichi nuclear plant stemmed from “man- made” failures before and after last year’s earthquake and tsunami.

The March 11 disaster “cannot be regarded as a natural disaster,” Kiyoshi Kurokawa, who headed the six-month investigation, wrote in the report. It “could and should have been foreseen and prevented.” The commission’s report found evidence of “collusion” between Tokyo Electric and the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency to avoid implementing safety measures.

No to Noda

“Some children from Fukushima city fled to our town after the nuclear disaster and they experienced health problems, such as bleeding from the nose and blood in urine,” said Tatsuko Takahashi, 63-year-old housewife who traveled from Ito city in Shizuoka prefecture to attend the Yoyogi rally.

“Their experience has never been reported by the Japanese media, which ignored inconvenient facts, so we came here to say no to nuclear power and no to Prime Minister Noda,” she said.

While the anti-nuclear crowds rally in Tokyo, rural communities in Japan that have come to depend on atomic power plants for investment, jobs and subsidies aren’t joining in.
On July 8, pro-nuclear Governor Yuichiro Ito, 64, won re- election in the south-western prefecture of Kagoshima against a challenger who opposed restarting reactors at Kyushu Electric Power Co. (9508)’s plant.

Ito, who won almost two-thirds of the votes cast, favors allowing Kyushu Electric to restart two reactors at its Sendai plant, while calling for a freeze on plans to build a third one.
The election was the first since Noda authorized the restart of the two Kansai Electric reactors northeast of Osaka.

‘Powerful Movement’

Radiation fallout from the Fukushima reactors forced the evacuation of about 160,000 people and left land in the area uninhabitable for decades. The potential for a repeat of the disaster at another nuclear plant in earthquake-prone Japan is what is bringing Japanese old and young out on to the streets in large demonstrations not seen in decades.
“I’ve been taking part in the Friday protests every week, it’s a powerful movement,” Hidetsugu Odawara, 80, a former Citigroup Inc. employee and now retired, said at Yoyogi.
“One person alone can’t do much but 100,000 people can make a difference. I’m here to be one of the 100,000.”

Japan resumes beef exports to U.S. after 2-yr halt

TOKYO | Fri Aug 24, 2012 2:44am EDT

Aug 24 (Reuters) - Japan is set to resume from Friday beef exports to the United States suspended since April 2010 after foot-and-mouth disease was found in Japanese cows, a farm ministry official said, paving the way for Wagyu Beef to reach U.S. gourmets.

Washington has given the green light for Japanese cattle slaughtered on Aug. 18 or later to enter the world's biggest market, after a review of Japan's food safety measures allayed its worries about the chance of radioactive contamination.

Earlier this week, a Japanese farm official had signalled the export schedule might be disrupted after Washington asked for details of Tokyo's food safety measures.

"The U.S. Department of Agriculture made a review of our radiation safety measures and gave a nod to it, so the timing to slaughter for exports remains unchanged," the official said.

The United States has set curbs, generally in line with Japan's domestic measures, on the import of other food products from Japan to protect against radioactive contamination since the Fukushima nuclear crisis sparked by last year's devastating earthquake and tsunami.

Before Japan's outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease, beef exports stood at 565 tonnes in 2009, 72 tonnes of which was bought by the United States.

Although there is no trade data on the type of beef exported, an export value of 4,000 yen to 6,000 yen ($51 to $77) per kg and a survey of exporters suggest most of the beef exported was wagyu, another ministry official said.

The United States has given Japan's beef a clean bill of health on the foot-and-mouth concerns. Japan is also reviewing its curbs on U.S. beef imports as global concern over mad cow disease ebbs.

Japanese new propaganda "Eat fish"

38,000 Bq/Kg of cesium was detected from Fukushima fish. (cf. 38,000 Bq/kg from Fukushima fish)
Radiation is still leaking from Fukushima plant, fishery food is obviously contaminated.
People avoid marine products, but Japanese government is trying to spread the radioactive fish.

On 8/23/2012, Japanese fisheries agency started the brand called “fast fish” to sell with supermarket chain and food makers. It’s pre-cooked fish like fast food.

Japanese new propaganda "Eat fish" 2

The purpose is to make people consume more sea food. It’s on the assumption that people are buying less fishery products because it takes time to cook supposedly. However, because pre-cooked fish is defined as “daily dish”, sellers are not obliged to label the origin of the products.

Japanese fisheries agency has already admitted 64 kinds of products as “fast fish”. One of the major supermarket chain, Itoyokado has already started selling 6 kinds of the fast fish products at 160 branches.

The agency is going to add more products to the fast fish list every 1~2 months.

Worldwide Mass Animal Deaths for 2012

Below is a list of mass animal deaths for 2012 with a page also for mass deaths in 2011. There are animals mysteriously dying all over the world today in huge numbers. Millions of Fish and massive numbers of whales and dolphins are washing ashore dead. Hundreds of Birds are falling out of the sky. And countless cattle are dying from disease, just to name a few. Sure, animals have been dying all throughout history. But not in the massive numbers that we are seeing today. And many people are relating this to the signs of the last days which the Bible foretold. Is it a sign? Yes, it's one of the MANY signs of the end times which you can find in this site. This list will be updated as the events happen.

NOTE: → (Since 2006) Over 3 million colonies of bees have died off in the USA and over a thousand million bees have died in this period throughout the world. Link

Bees Dying
NOTE: → (During the Past 6 years) 6.7 million bats have died in the U.S. due to the "white-nose syndrome"... With a 90% fall in populations. (Causing a "Potential Extinction" Event!) Link and here

Bat Pollinating
Why are these mass deaths of Bees and Bats a concern for the world? Because Honey Bees don't just make honey. In fact they pollinate the majority of the flowering crops we have, from which we get much of our fruits, vegetables and nuts ... including Beans, Soybean, Broccoli, Sprouts, Carrots, Cucumber, Onion, Parsnip, Squash, Tomato, Almonds, Cashew, Apple, Blackberry, Blueberry, Cacao, Coffee, Grapes, Kiwi, Mango, Pear, Raspberry, Alfalfa, Sesame, Sunflower ... Just to name a few. A major part of the human diet comes from insect-pollinated plants. See this document for a more complete list and much more information about pollination.

And what about the bats? Well, not only do they help in pollinating other foods we eat, like Bananas, Mangoes, Dates, Figs, Peaches, Cashews, Guava and Avocados. They also consume incredible amounts of insects that are agricultural pests. The millions of bats that have died due to disease over the past 6 years would have consumed HUNDREDS OF TONNES of insects (pests) in ONE YEAR. Add this to the struggling crops because of adverse weather and you will see the problem. BUT, this is just to show that we are living in the end times. Those of us who trust in and follow Christ Jesus need not worry, as our food will always be provided by our Great Saviour and Protector.

NOTE: → (Evidence Suggests) The number of Sharks have fallen by 90 percent and are heading for extinction Link. And Sharks play a vital role in coral reef ecosystems, which are already collapsing. Link
